The Crossroads of History onlineHuman history, with its unpredictable development and laws of probability, was and remains the most exciting and fascinating science. Especially important are the epochs at the turn of which the culture and values of ever existing social societies changed. The series shows a completely different look at events from the past familiar to everyone, as well as incidents from the lives of famous people. Some facts make one wonder what our world could have been if it were not for the fateful meetings or incidents in the biography of the same Hitler or President Lincoln. Some events are shown ironically and appear in a grotesque way, but how can one dispute what is already impossible to prove. Indeed, sometimes even historical documents and dates can be manipulated.
Just the other day, I had free time, and I decided to spend it watching some interesting and exciting series. I didn't have to search for a long time, my attention was attracted by one new product, which I liked with its rather strange poster. After reading the description, I realized that this is a very funny and funny series, I had to check my feelings with reality, so, without hesitation, I sat down to watch. The whole series consists of very fascinating, funny and hilarious miniatures, the purpose of which is to show viewers how the fate of some famous personalities could develop. The first series introduces us to the unknown details of the life of the famous person of the last century, Adolf Hitler. Few people know that this man loved to draw in his youth and, perhaps, could become a famous artist of the twentieth century, but alas, it did not work out. The commission, which evaluated the work of novice artists, completely criticized his painting and thereby did everything to take over Europe, and then the whole world, much faster. The second series introduces us to the events that unfolded around Abraham Lincoln, more precisely about his guard. From history we know that Lincoln went to the theater alone, without security, where an attempt was made on him. The most interesting thing is that almost all the time we are told about this would-be security guard, and not about the famous politician. We are told that this fool talked and drank alcoholic drinks with the assassin of the president, John W. Booth, without even a bit of embarrassment, he spoke in detail about his duties and actions, while no one was doing his job while he was drunk. And in general, is it really possible to occupy such a high position and thump like that, and even bash around at every corner that you are the president's guard. It is precisely from such insignificant, seemingly unimportant moments that the whole story consists. One awkward movement, action, word and story changes in a completely different direction, just no one thinks about it. Just imagine if you answered some request not the way you wanted, but in a different way, how much everything would change and what actions would follow. This is how history is made, before our eyes and with our hands. In principle, the series turned out to be very curious, exciting and funny. I would say that there is a lot of sarcasm, black humor, originally stupid jokes and good, funny gags. Gag is an English word for a joke or a funny episode. In general, the gag is used to show what obvious stupidity is used in a given issue. This technique was loved by many very famous and beloved lumps, for example, Charlie Chaplin. I would also like to recall another American TV series, the basis of which also consisted of gags, this is "World War: Part 1", which appeared on screens in the distant one thousand nine hundred and eighty-first. I was upset that a sequel to this amazing movie was not filmed. This was a picture, this was the heat and the loud, unrestrained laughter. Here, without a shadow of a doubt, they ridiculed many historical figures, as well as famous and respected persons. The basic principle of these pictures is the same, only the chosen characters differ, and the humor itself. I really liked the way all the characters were played, how close they were outwardly, almost completely similar, which made the series even more interesting and funny. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, decorations, costumes, manners, gestures and dialogues. Therefore, the series turned out to be bright, effective and very funny. There really is something to laugh at, because parody is meant for that. Reading the comments on this series, I saw many people who believed that the film was not interesting, stupid and stupid. People, wait, we're not talking about a scientific or documentary film, but about a funny, funny breed, which should be stupid, funny and funny. It is clear that he does not remember many of the main historical events and their heroes, so there is no need to talk about any other things at all. This picture is suitable only for those who have missed history lessons and know what will be discussed here, and not for the first time hears these names and surnames. I think many people appreciated this series, they were able to laugh enough at the stupid and absurd actions of the main characters. I would also like to draw attention to one detail, this is not a documentary series, it is just very close to real events, but still there is some falsity and fiction here, because this is a comedy series that cheers up and does not introduce us to important and unknown moments of history. I liked this show. I looked through it with pleasure, laughed and went about my business in high spirits. The only thing I would like to say is that there is a lot of overt, frank and harsh banter over famous historical figures, but without this it would not be so funny and funny. I'm glad that I started watching this series, I hope that the next episodes will be even funnier and more fun. I recommend this picture, if you are in a bad mood, you will just forget about your problems and worries. This series is so immersive, captivating and grabbing your attention. Enjoy your viewing, I'm sure you will be satisfied!
The new series appeared on the site, and I immediately wanted to write a review on it. "Turning stories" are a kind of miniatures that show what could have been and what did not happen in the lives of famous personalities. The first series is about A. Hitler and his passion for drawing (and why he did not become a famous artist of the 20th century), the reasoning of the commission, which "hacked this impulse at the root" and simply accelerated the "capture of the whole world"; the second is the story of Lincoln's security guard, who did not go with him to the theater and, as everyone knows, an attempt was made on him there, and the main thing about what happened to Lincoln is not a word, but about a drunk guard, a whole story about how he drank with the assassin of the president, John W. Booth (just as there is no need to "fill the watering can" when your work is not done by anyone and talk less). This is how history goes, turning points happen more and more often, and they appear in such a light that it is impossible to imagine, but it could be. And someone gave the acceleration of history in a certain direction, and there is no logic in this. This is the whole story, and its "moments". In general, the series is not bad, humor at the level of British comedians, a little sarcastic, "originally stupid" and very full of great gags. Gag (from the English gag - a joke, a comic episode) is a special comedic technique based on obvious absurdity or stupidity. Most often it was used by comedians, from famous people - Charlie Chaplin, actors Monty Python and not only. I like the more fun and real "American" gagged comedy "World History. Part 1" (1981), it's a pity that the second part was never filmed. It was a carbon monoxide movie, an example of how to shoot and make fun of history and famous people. Good-natured and very funny in the presentation of famous American comedians and actors (which only names are worth: Barry Levinson, Gregory Hines, Dom De Louise, Cloris Leachman, Mel Brooks and others). The same series, in my humble opinion, is worth 7 out of 10 points, the series is not bad, but a couple of points should be removed for all the sarcastic overkill, and frank banter over all famous people, I would still have a more respectful attitude to history. Well, and one point for the fact that the dialogues themselves are a little drawn out and often ridiculous (GEG, it's just the style of all episodes).
