The Sultan of my heart series watch online for freeHere is a stunning Turkish historical melodrama that tells about the events of the early nineteenth century. The story begins in Russia. A sweet girl named Anna lived a simple, calm life, received an education and dreamed of finding a decent job. At the same time, the heroine had a punchy character, which allowed her to be successful. However, family traditions and imperialism in the country did not allow her to fully realize her potential. The main character is forced to live with her father in Russia, but soon moves to Turkey, where her family has the opportunity to live a new life. True, local traditions were completely alien to the girl. Anna with great difficulty got along with the locals and clearly could not find her place. For some time she even had to live at the Russian Embassy, located in Istanbul. The girl's life turns upside down when she meets the great Sultan Mahmud II during one of the holidays. He was amazed at the intelligence and beauty of the main character, so he invited her to his palace so that the girl would work as a governess. However, Anna's infiltration into the Sultan's house was a cunningly planned operation by the Russian embassy. Anna acts as a double agent who works for both the Sultan and the Russian government. True, who would have thought that the relationship between the ruler of the Ottoman Empire himself and the beautiful Anna would suddenly develop into something more than just friendship. Romantic feelings and real passion put the girl in front of a difficult choice: to remain faithful to her country, or to choose a beautiful life in a palace with the Sultan.
I turned my attention to this new series due to the fact that this time the picture was filmed in tandem by Russian and Turkish film studios. I was curious to see what would come of this idea. Only the first episode appeared, but the impressions of what he saw are already making themselves felt. In general, it is worth saying that the domestic film industry and television are planning to show this series only in the fall on one of the federal channels. But since the Turks have already posted the series, we have a unique opportunity to watch it online. In fact, I did not see anything special in the first episode, which is already available for viewing. We see a banal story, an event that this time takes place in Turkey, in the nineteenth century. Sultan Mahmud II (played by Ali Ersan Duru) at one of the events makes acquaintance with a Russian girl named Anna (played by actress Alexandra Nikiforova). Anna is the daughter of the Russian ambassador to Turkey. The sultan decides that the girl will be suitable for the role of governess for his children. From this moment, perhaps, the whole history of the picture begins. The plot of this picture still could not impress me. Or maybe just all the relish of the plot component will only be revealed in the next series of the picture. But to be honest, this is not the "Magnificent Century", which captured with its viewing from the very first minutes. Although the genres of these paintings are different. Still, "The Sultan of My Heart" is positioned as a romantic comedy. But as such, I did not see a comedy here. Everything is painfully predictable. Yes, and the acting game still could not catch me, the scenery is very modest, there is no luxury, there are no details that I would like to draw attention to. But I didn't like the image of the Sultan at all. It seems to me that the actor still could not concentrate on his role and give his character a proper image. Having already looked at the beginning of this picture, I could not see in it something that could catch me, keep me at the screen and make me wait impatiently for the continuation, for the release of each new series. Well, and whether you want to watch this series or not, decide for yourself, I, perhaps, will refuse to continue watching the series "The Sultan of My Heart". Thank you all for your attention. Until next time!
