Hello! The series "First Joys" is nothing more than an adaptation of the book, by the author - Konstantin Fedin. This series shows the events of the life of the protagonist from a small town, times that took place before the revolution. The main character, Kirill Izvekov, studies at a technical school, and already, as it should have been, he is looking for his place in life and in life, what to do, and not only. By the way, there is also "Unusual Summer", a direct continuation of this mini-series "First Joys", is also a book by Konstantin Fedin. This is one of the few Soviet TV series, because as we remember, in those years they were shooting mainly films (I'm talking about the year the series was released, and not the events described in the series), and no one knew about such a concept as series. With what was filmed in 1977, it turned out to be quite believable for 1919 shown on the screen, at least in my humble opinion. Only for only 7 episodes in "First Joy", however, for filming in the USSR, this is more than enough, the producers with the scriptwriters in tandem have already surpassed themselves. Those who have not watched can watch, but you should not wait for something after modern TV series. Purely from the nostalgia of films of the 80s, and those filmed in those days, or from the love of Soviet cinema. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, the list of serials in those days of our production can be counted on one hand. On the one hand, this is bad, they could have met and "overeat" all this much earlier, on the other hand, if in those years they began to release serials, the male half would have begun to suffer much earlier, from the "time of watching melodramas", in general, I think you understand. I personally watched several episodes, I was not enough for more for a simple reason, I do not like melodrama, in general. And needless to say, how love events develop according to the customs of the Soviet space? I think you yourself know that boring is mortal.
